As a certified Transformational Breath Facilitator, I was coached by the senior Trainer in the UK, and also by Dr Judith Kravitz herself. Having worked in the field of mental health, I now appreciate the opportunity of using a more wholesome and empowering tool to facilitate health and wellbeing on all levels.
In my practice as a facilitator, my sessions involve working closely with clients to help them achieve positive and lasting changes in their physical, emotional and spiritual health.
To start feeling the benefits of this technique most people have only a few sessions (usually between 5 to 10) before they feel ready to continue on their own. The sessions last between 90 minutes to 2 hours and each is tailored around the individual, so it is suited to their own needs. I will show you how to use the whole respiratory system and how to breathe using your whole self.
Techniques that are used include Body Mapping, Toning and Affirmations, to help release blocks and move the energy.
